Want to learn Mandarin?

Beijing and Washington, DC want you to learn it, too. Read an article on China's efforts to export the language here, and on the recent proposal by the Bush Administration to increase training in languages that promote "national security and global competitiveness" here.

I would like to learn Mandarin in my country Peru, if some one know how to find a way by internet and must be not too expensive I will apreciate it.
